Stacy loved her family more than anything. She was also one of the most observant and brilliant people I ever knew. She excelled in trivia matches, she was faithful in her creation of boxes for Operation Christmas Child and her absolute love of the State and County fairs is unmatched. I mostly miss her humor which stayed with her until her last days. When I redecorated my studio, I purchased 2 special swivel chairs (one for me and one for her). No one can replace her in my life, she was my partner in crime and a loyal friend. She hung with me in bad times and in good and I miss her so terribly.
I was so saddened to hear about Stacy’s passing. May I extend my deepest sympathy
I was so saddened to hear of Stacy’s passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to Neil and the family. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.
Stacy you will be missed by many. If it wasnt for you teaching me some canning and convincing me to enter my items in the county fair inwould never have known what it was like to win a ribbon. I have you to thank for that. I will always look at those ribbions with fond memories of you. The world has lost a truly wonderful lady. Crochet a quilt for the lord. 💜
To Neil and family,
We are very sad to hear Stacy passed. We offer our deepest sympathies and hope you and the family will take comfort from each other. Her greatest accomplishments and memories will live on with love and support of your family and friends.
Stacy was an amazing neighbor and friend! Tim and I will always cherish the time we spent outside at the garden talking with her and Neil about everything under the sun. No matter the conversation, it always ended with a good laugh. You will be missed our dear friend!
Stacy your are so loved by so many! Your impact in our lives will always be remembered fondly. You were a good friend and a great bowling partner! I will miss our conversations. I am so glad that you got to meet you granddaughter, who now has best guardian angel!
My thoughts and prayers for Neil, Rachel, Christopher, Hannah, Shirley, Robert and baby girl!
I will miss you and remember you always!
Dear Stacy’s family members,
The Related Arts teachers at Calvert Elementary School would like to express our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Rachel and Tim are foremost in our thoughts at this time as our colleagues. May God hold you in his arms during this very difficult time and give you peace in these days. Hold baby Natalie tight as she is a blessing from above. Remember John 14, Verses 2 & 3: “In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where where I am, there you may be also.”
Peace be with you,
Dave Banyasz, Marilyn Beeson, Beatrice Callis, Angela Cirillo, Jason Harlow, and Susan Lusby
Dennis and I are so sorry to hear about Stacy. I was hoping she would win the battle. We never heard from you after your visit to our home. Take care and our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We have moved to Mississippi for Dennis’s retirement. Again I’m so sorry.

Stacy will be greatly missed. She was such a positive person and her smile was contagious! I was so impressed when she came to our Sew Day last February for Quilts of Valor even though she was weakened from her treatments. She made it a point to go around to every person sewing to talk with them. I would have hugged her one more time if I knew that was the last time I would have seen her. Prayers for comfort for her family at this difficult time. Hold tight to your precious memories!
I haven’t known Stacy very long. I met her when I joined Quilts of Valor and it was someone’s great idea to start me off with a very complicated quilt kit (with some pieces missing, of course). Stacy guided me through that project (which, by the way, seemed to take me forever). I was even able to see it presented to one of our veterans. Each time I sit down at my sewing machine I think of her kindness and help. I am so sorry that she is gone.
I am so very shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my wonderful friend , Stacy . I first met Stacy , in the Flying Needles , knit/crochet group at the library . We were fast friends and she was always so kind and encouraging me in my crochet efforts . I don’t think I ever saw her without a smile or smirk and she always was up for a good laugh !! I was always so amazed at anything and everything she crocheted or quilted !! She made it look so effortless!! I would check on her often through FB or text and let her know I was praying for her … she was always so humble and so kind and her husband and children were her WORLD !!! I thank God for Stacys life and I will always cherish her friendship !! I will now pray for you all, as you navigate the days , weeks and years ahead . Take care of one another, Lara
My dear, sweet, kind, loving, caring and loyal friend has passed. I am saddened beyond words. You will be missed and remembered fondly by all those that you touched. I am so glad you met your “sweet baby lump”, and that you will be watching over her always. Rest peacefully my friend.
