Robert S. “Bobby” Russ, 65, of Shady Side passed away at home with his loving wife and daughter by his side. Bobby was born November 18, 1953 in Washington, D.C. He retired from Anne Arundel County Southern District roads as a Brick Mason assistant.
He was preceded in death by his adoptive parents Robert S. and Catherine L. (Margelos) Russ, brothers Thomas and John Beach, a sister Betty Pessaud, and by a wife Susan Yeomans Russ. Surviving are his wife of 37 years Lillian A. Russ, daughters Venus Russ (best friend) of Churchton and Crystal Kirby of New Church, VA, sons Michael Tebo of Lothian and William Tebo of New Church, VA, birth mother Hilda Beach of Arlington, VA, brother William Beach of Arlington, VA, and sisters Mary Beach of Ridgely, MD, Frances Rowels of Crofton and Gloria Jean Miller of MO.
The family request that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
