Ralph Aubrey Woodward
December 27, 1989 – March 1, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ralph Aubrey Woodward, “Aubrey” 31 of St. Leonard, Maryland who passed away on March 1, 2021. Aubrey was born on December 27, 1989 in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
Aubrey was predeceased by his mother, Denise Woodward; his paternal Grandparents, Ralph and Mae Woodward; his maternal Grandparents Alfred and Helen DeBoliac; and his uncles, Charles Woodward, Ernie DeBoliac and Aubrey DeBoliac.
He is survived by his father, William Woodward; his siblings, Billy, Kristi and April; and his many nieces and nephews (Michael, Briana, Jayden, LJ, Joseph and Arlo).
Aubrey grew up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay where he enjoyed living life to the fullest. He was an avid fan of the outdoors and loved working with his hands. He loved fishing, time on the water and cooking. Full of charisma he found himself with many friends that he loved dearly and was always easy with a warm and magnetic smile. Aubrey was young spirited and remained youthful at heart, always bringing a sunny disposition and good time wherever he went. An animal lover his entire life, he once saved a baby fawn from the clutches of a fox highlighting his overwhelming sense of compassion. He also enjoyed the thrill of travel and loved making trips to Florida and Tennessee. Aubrey was devoted to his family and loved spending time with them. An incredibly generous soul he always shared what he had, even if it was simply his time. He had a very special bond with his mother and made multiple pilgrimages to her gravesite to bring flowers. Aubrey also spent a lot of quality time with his father, for whom he adored, helping out around his farm. He was a bright soul and will be so greatly missed.

Aubrey was an amazing person and the best of friend to us. He always knew how to make us feel better and make us smile even if we were in a down mood. We will always cherish the joy and life he brought and his amazing friendship that he gave us. We love you Aubrey and we’ll miss you beyond words.
You were the first person I met in Kenwood Beach all those years ago. A bright charismatic boy much younger than myself. But you still had that electric personality that made me want to have you around. I remember all the times you would come by my house on north avenue just to have someone to hang out with. You will always be remembered Aubrey. I’m so sorry the next time we meet will be in heaven. I wish I could have talked to you one last time. You’ll always be remembered by not only me but all the people’s hearts that you touched. Rest in the hands of the lord and fly with the angels brother. I’ll miss you. 😔
Aubrey,
Someone once said the good die young, For yesterday is gone but there is always a tommorow, For some it’s their first and some thier last, The days go on by… until the day we say goodbye, Who has the right to determine when that time is? The choices we make determines our fate, but not always do not be led astray.
