Peggy Joan Loveless

May 27, 1941- April 22, 2020

Peggy Joan Loveless, 78, of Huntingtown, Maryland passed away April 22, 2020 in Washington DC. She was born on May 27, 1941 in Prince Frederick, Maryland to the late Leroy F. and Sara E. Peggy retired after many years from Bank of America where she worked as a Loan Officer. After retirement, you always knew where you could find Peggy and that was in her yard weeding, planting flowers or sweeping her sidewalk and steps. She loved her yard, her cat Satan, and most of all important to her was her family.

She is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Loveless, her son, Dale Allen Weems and his wife Lauren, Step mother of Daniel Loveless and his wife Sandy, Wayne Loveless and his wife Linda, April Hanrahan, Cheryl Vaughn and her husband Dennis and Anita Lynn Daniels and her husband Aubrey, and numerous grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Dottie Bridgett and her husband Daniel, Leonard Brady and his wife Zeta, Robert Brady, and Faye Brown and her husband Jimmy.

A private family graveside service will be held in Christ Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America, P.O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.

Dale, I want to say that I am SO VERY SORRY for Aunt Peggy’s passing. I know how much she loved you and your family. She was always kind very kind to me, and I know that she loved having having company around. I will be praying for you and Lauren and your whole family, and hope that you will find solace in that she and Little Bobby are now together in Jesus’ arms. Love, Hope (Green) Guinn
