Patricia Catherine “Pat” Petricko, 82, a longtime resident of Fairhaven passed away June 3, 2022. She was born August 31, 1939 in Washington, D.C. to William and Gisi Julia (Marosy) Heany. Pat was raised in D.C. and graduated from Columbia School for Girls in Washington, D.C. She moved to a farm in Fairhaven in 1967, where she made her home. She was a realtor with REMAX for over 50 years, selling homes in Calvert and Prince George’s County. She truly loved her job and helping people find their home. She loved playing golf, riding her motorcycle, horses, and watching birds. She was dedicated to fundraising for Calvert Memorial Hospital’s cancer center, holding golf outings to raise money for equipment.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Edward Heany. She is survived by her son Michael J. Fricia, her sister Gisi Stewart, grandchildren Angie and Joseph Fricia and a great-grandson Drew.

We will always remember the good times that we have shared. She will be deeply missed. Prayers go out to Mike her son and my daughter Angie and my son Joseph. And mostly her grandson Drew he misses her dearly and will always remember the good times that she has brought his way. Pat has done so much good in her lifetime I pray for the rest of her family. Man I am sorry to receive this notice too late. I can call Pat a friend. I really enjoyed her persistent self and have fond memories of her with her grandchildren when they were younger.
