I was the Calvert Disaster Services Coordinator for the Red Cross. I responded to a house fire and was assisting the residents .. Junior came up to me while I was speaking to the people affected by the house fire..
Junior asked if there was anything he could do to help ..
I will remember him because he stepped up and wanted to help .
The message ..Pass the help forward .
Rest In peace , Junior
Sandy & Rose, I remember taking you 2 & Jr to high school on bus 110. Jr. loved to push my bottoms and he knew just how to do it. But you had to Love him. One time my bus broke down and Jr. fixed it we got home anyway. He use to say Karen let me drive your bus. My answer was Julius I wouldn’t let you drive my wheel barrel. He loved that. RIP my friend you will be missed by many. Sandy & Rose I’m sorry for you’re loss.
SANDY, JR. WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED AS THE PERSON YOU COULD ALWAYS COUNT ON. HE LOVED DOING HIS YARDS. HE WOULD CRAWL IN ANY HOLE TO HELP OUT ANYONE. HE WASN’T AFRAID TO GET DIRTY. IN THE LAST YEARS OF HIS LIFE, HE WOULD ALWAYS ASK ME DO YOU WANT TO RACE. I WOULD TELL HIM YOU WOULD BEAT ME EVERYTME. HE CERTAINLY BEAT ME ON THIS AS HE WENT TO HEAVEN BEFORE I GOT THERE. HE COULD TALK YOUR EARS OFF. THERE WASN’T A JOB THAT JR. WOULDN’T TACKLE. AFTER HE GOT SICK AND MOVED INTO ROSIE’S HOUSE, HE WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO DO HIS DIRTY WORK. THEREFORE, HE CLEANED UP. YOU WOULDN’T SEE HIM DIRTY ANYMORE FROM WORKING. WHEN HE SHOPPED FOR HIS STUFF IN ROLAND’S HE WAS CAREFUL IN WHAT HE WAS EATING IN THE LATER YEAR. HE WOULD TIE ANYTHING N THE TOP OF HIS CAR OR TRUCKS. HE WOULD PARK ANYWHERE AND DARE ANY OFFICIAL OR ANYONE) TO SAY ANYTHING. EVEN DURING HIS JUNKY YARD AND TIMES THE TOWN HALL WOULDN’T SAY ANYTHING TO JR. THE TOWN WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN GETTING JR.’S HOME AND GARAGE BUILT AND DEMOLISHED WHEN HE COULD NO LONGER BE IN IT. EVERYONE IN TWIN BEACHES THOUGHT A LOT OF JR. I REMEMBER GIVING HIM APPLE CURTAINS (MANLY) ONCE HIS HOUSE WAS BUILT. THEY NEVER GOT HUNG. I WOULD RAISE CAIN, AND HE SAID I WILL DO IT LATER. I WILL MISS JR. FOR THE PERSON THAT HE WAS. HE HELPED ME SO MANY TIMES WITH THE PROPERTIES I BOUGHT FROM YOUR MOM. HE KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM AND TOOK CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS EXISITING IN THEM. HE WAS CERTAINLY GOOOD TO ME OVER THE YEARS. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE LOSING A BROTHER (THEY ALL ARE SO VERY SPECIAL TO US). BUT AT LEAST YOU AND ROSIE STILL HAVE A SIBLING. WHEN I LOST MY BROTHER I HAD NO ONE. JR. IS AT PEACE, A (SPIRIT FOREVER IN HEAVEN WITH ALL HIS LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS). JR. NEVER MET ANYONE WHO DID NOT BECOME A FRIEND. JR. I WILL MISS TALKING TO YOU. SORRY WE NEVER GOT OUR OFFICIAL RACE. GOD BLESS YOU FOREVER, MY FRIEND. LOVE AND PRAYERS TO YOUR SISTERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. R.I.P. DEAR JR.
