Josephine Souders, 92, of Huntingtown, MD passed away on March 27, 2018 in Solomons Nursing Center. She was born on July 14, 1925 in Wilson North Carolina to Otto Benjamin and Callie Elizabeth (Casey) Williams. Josephine worked as a meatpacker for 30 years at Briggs.
Beloved wife of the late James Souders, and mother of Helen Pridgen and her husband David. Grandmother of Stephanie Rawlings and her husband Joseph and Jason Pridgen, she is also survived by great grandchildren, Conner and Elena Rawlings.
The family will receive friends on Monday April 2, 2018 at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD from 9:30- time of the funeral service at11 am. Interment will follow in Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
