I’ve know you for 44 years Jack and will dearly miss you. You were like a brother to me. We worked together at Sears and spent a lot of time around each other. We did side work together, you help me build my garage, we went to car shows and I painted your van. I tried to get in touch with you the last 2 years but you never answered the phone or you changed your number. When I told my wife I couldn’t get in touch with you she searched for you on google and told me that Nanci had passed away. Very sorry to hear that. Just the other day I was wondering where you were and then Eddie told me you had passed. My heart dropped. Your friendship meant a great deal to me. I will see you in heaven Papa Smurf.

Pop we are really going to miss you. Naomi always asked me now “Where is my Papa Santa?” Naomi told me she really loves you. You have join the love of your life, Nanna. Rest in peace. Prayers for your whole family.
Rest in peace Jack. You helped me start Eagle Tire. With lots of love hard work long days we made it work. But I never got the chance to tell you how much you were appreciated. Buddy I’m telling you now. I always considered you as a partner and you were in a sense. You will be missed. Give Nancy a big kiss from me when you get to your heavenly home. God Bless.

I met Jack back in 1983 when I started work at Sears auto center at Landover mall. I worked with him 4 years. He taught me everything there was to know about break jobs. We had a great group of guys who worked there. We would all do a lot of this together like go fishing, Halloween parties, hotrod shows & just plain hanging out. Those were some Great times! I still remember how Jack took care of a stray dog (Rex) that for the most part lived at our shop. Jack would feed him and even take him to the vet if he needed it. And once a year to the groomer get Rex a shampoo & hair cut! Years later Jack & I both ended up living in Calvert County. We would get together for birthday parties & Hotrod shows. I already know I will be looking for him at every Hotrod show I go to from now on just like I always did. It breaks my heart to know I will never see him again. I miss him already. He was a good man with a Big Heart! My prayers go out to Kimi, Robbie and the rest of his family & friends who are morning his loss. God Bless, Rob Taylor
