So Sorry for your loss to the entire family.
I can remember the good times we all had together. Kirwin & Margaret Smith where my parents and can remember
when ever they where headed to the Goshoen farm we always tagged along and played together.
Seems as we have all gotten older we have lost touch but the memories are still there.
May Johnny rest in peace and may God be with you all.
Our condolences to John’s family. He was one of my bingo buddies and always made me laugh. He would always stop by our house to chat if he saw us outside. We talked about flowers, plants, bingo, and slots! He was a very kind man and we will miss seeing and talking with him. RIP John.
John was my tax client for many years and also my friend. I am so sorry! Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I will be glad to help with his taxes or whatever you need. Please call me. Shirley Slusher 240-876-8908. You are in my prayers.
My sincere condolences to the Goshorn family. I remember John from Calvert High. Although we lost touch after graduation, we did cross paths over the years. My memory of John was that he was a true and respectful gentlemen. May his family know Grace and the fact that he is with GOD.
Sandy and Bill and the entire Goshorn Family, While I did not know John, I graduated with Sandy (Calvert ,Class of ’63) and know Sammy. I, like everyone else who has ties to the Goshorn Family, am sorry to learn of John’s passing. His passing is further saddened by the current state of affairs due to the fact that those who would pay their respects in person cannot due to the restrictions imposed. Thoughts and prayers to John’s Family.
Respectfully,
george owings
John was a warm and honest man. He loved pranking his brothers regarding plants, and remember him tying bananas to a tree to convince one brother that they had grown there. Unfortunately, he pointed the hand upside down and his brother figured it out! He would have told the story either way, that’s the kind of guy he was. He loved loved loved Sarah and his sons. I know his only regret was in leaving them.

With deepest sympathy for Sarah and her brothers. Mr. Goshorn was an excellent father who afforded me the honor of teaching a very fine daughter. My memory of him will always be as an outstanding man.—-Mr. Supanick
Prayers for his family. RIP, Classmate.
Just found out about John’s passing. I’m so very sorry as he was a very kind and friendly person at work and we both loved Bingo!

I very much enjoyed owning the house next to John’s and chatting with him about flowers. He was a kind and generous person, an excellent neighbor, who is already missed. My sincere condolences to John’s family.
