My deepest condolences to the family. May you find strength during this time of sorrow. I am honored that I had the chance to know the man and my family, he never judged anyone and always seemed good in those he spoke with. My family will continue to say prayers for him and his family, may God hold him well.
My deepest condolences to the family.
I was very sad when I heard Jeff had passed. He is a very kind and caring man. He has a heart of gold and would do what he could to help people. He was one of 4he best!!! He will be missed!!!
My deepest condolences to the family.
Calvert has lost the best person. He is a very caring, down to earth man. He is one of a kind man! Everyone in the county that new Jeff would stop everything just to talk to him. He was loved by many in Calvert County. I am honored to have known Jeff. This County won’t be the same without him! My heart is broken.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the Elliott Family during their time of loss. Your father was highly respected and deeply loved by all who knew him. His presence and influence in the community will be greatly missed.
Our condolences,
The Greenlee Family
I have known Jeff for more than 50 years. As a State Trooper I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. As the Sheriff I had chance to work even closer to him. Jeff was a caring and selfless man. He will be missed by the community and the police officers who had the chance to work with him.
I’m saddened to hear about Jeff’s passing. I have known Jeff since Mrs. Swan’s kindergarten class at Trinity Church in 1961. We graduated from high school. The last time I saw him was at a cousin of mine’s funeral in 2010 and we had a nice talk. His dad and mine worked together at SMECO. My condolences to his family and all his colleagues.

So sorry to hear of Jeff’s passing. He was always pleasant when greeting me at the courthouse when I entered.
I had his mother years ago as a 5th grade teacher.
