“I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories.” —Leo Buscaglia
I know words can’t take away the hurt all of you are feeling, but I want you to know how much we care. Sending love and strength in this time of loss.
I responded to many house fires and disaster situations under the Command of Chief Taylor. I always found him to be competent, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. Jim was an asset to the community and made a positive impact on many.
A life dedicated to the service to the community is a life served well. My condolences to his family, friends and collegues.
May Chief Taylor, Resquiescat in Pace.

To Jim’s family, Lady Friend, Dunkirk VF&
To the Taylor family, That Special Lady& Dunkirk VF&RD. God only takes the best first as my Mother always said. Jim was certainly one of them. Another Angel was needed for special things that God always needs. May all remember what a kind, caring, father, grandfather, uncle and friend you had & will always be a part of your memories. Jim was so dedicated to his work. A lot of lives where touched by this man. I have know Jim for many years and always made sure he came to me &gave me a hug, kind words and that smile was the best. So when that siren blows and dispatch sends out Co. 5 Engines you will have an Angel riding with you. Rest in peace my
friend. God be with you all.
My heart and sorrowed prayers go to Jim’s family, friends, and special lady, Carla, to give them the strength to get through these dark days and challenging times because of the loss of such a great guy! Let him live vicariously through each and all of you every day. 🧡

God rest your soul friend. Few times we were around each other at work and at home were always pleasant. Prayers for you family and friends.
GOD has a special place in heaven for those who run towards danger for the sake of others. Rest In Peace Jim.
Our deepest condolences to the Taylor family and the many special friends of Jim. He had a heart of gold – shown by the many respects spoken since his passing. May you rest in eternal peace.
As a past President of Co 4, it was a pleasure working with Jim at the meetings each month. He was a devoted member. May you RIP, Jim, and we will see you on the other side.

Fly high my friend. You were taken too soon from this earth, but God has great plans for you. Know you were loved. We’ll take it from here. God bless and comfort your family.
To my classmate, friend, and co-worker: Rest In Peace my brother. You keep an eye on things up there, and we will handle things down here. God will take care of you now, my friend, and peace be with you until we meet again.
