Sorry to hear of the passing of Brother Donnie Holtzclaw. Donnie worked at Pepco in the Underground Lines Department years ago. He was a well respected member of IBEW Local 1900.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Holtzclaw family. Rest In Peace my friend.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Don! We met while I was shopping in Giant and my husband and him started talking because of my husband wearing work attire “Pepco”. The conversation lasted forever and every time we’d see each other he would always greet me with a “Hey, How ya doing today? The husband working overtime?” He loved talking with us about life in general and how much we should never take our family or marriage for granted. His favorite thing to say to us both was “Y’all are good people! I knew it from the moment I met you both!” We will miss seeing him around and chatting with him about life. Rest Easy Don!
My husband, Fred, and I are so sorry to hear of your passing. We will miss our brief chats as you walked past our house, or the honk of your horn as you drove past. You always had a smile on your face and a kind word to share. May God provide peace to your family during this difficult time. Rest in peace, you dear, sweet man.
I remember growing up in P.G. County, MD, all of our family lived close by ~ grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins. It was great? Lots of family get togethers, Easter egg hunts with money in the plastic eggs, Christmas get togethers, weddings, graduations, lots of family love always nearby. Things have changed a lot. Families got smaller, my only son hardly knew any of his second cousins. Lots of family moved away. I’m sorry I couldn’t be in MD to give respect to Don and support to my cousins. Don left way too early, so young. My condolences to his children and sisters and brothers. I’ll always remember fun days at the Holtzclaw’s house, and Donnie ~ the oldest of our cousin clan, so very handsome, like his dad, and someone who loved Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks!! All good memories, and lots of childhood laughs. RIP Don, until we meet again. Love and Prayers.
Our prayers go out to Don’s family. We were so shocked to hear of his passing. My husband and I met Don at Giant and he was an awsome guy. Always a smile on his face and cheerful words of encouragement. He also worked with my son and always had a good word to say about him. He will truly be missed by many people. RIP Don. Fly high with the angels. Cliff and Laura Boone.
My husband and I are so very sorry to hear of Don’s passing. We met him at Giant. He always had a kind word to say and we enjoyed speaking with him. He wanted to win that lottery one day and share it! He will be missed. I hope you are free of pain and flying high with the angels. Rest easy Don! Libby and Mike
