Deborah Parde, age 68, of Altoona, PA. passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at her home in Calvert County, MD, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on May 19, 1951 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to James and Shirley Murray.
Deborah graduated from Altoona High School. Afterwards, she was employed as an operator at Bell Telephone for a several years. She then became an administrative assistant for a local engineering firm and then for the World Bank in Washington, D.C. Her preferred career was taking care of her husband, Lavern Parde.
Deborah married “Vern” on April 16, 1983. She will be reuniting with her Father, Mother and beloved Husband that passed before her.
Some of her favorite pastimes were painting and playing the piano. Her favorite game to play with friends and family was Trivial Pursuit and she was best at it.
She was a loving, giving and caring person, devoted wife and friend. That evidence is the deep sorrow in our hearts that her family and friends feel from her passing.
Deb led a good life and is at peace with the Lord.
