Miss Me, But Let Me Go
When I come to the end of the road
and the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in gloom-filled room,
why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little, but not too long,
and not with your head bowed low,
remember the love that was once shared,
miss me but let me go.
For this is a journey we all must take
and each must go alone,
it’s all part of the Master’s plan,
a step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart,
go to the friends we know,
and bury your sorrows in good deeds,
miss me but let me go.

Sending my condolences to the Lambert family,
Here’s to you Barry, we had many good times over the years and I have many good memories of us growing up together playing sports, hunting and fishing and just having fun. Barry rest in peace. I will miss you my brother. Until we meet again.
I’m just hearing about this and honestly shocked. Barry was a good man. He had a great sense of humor and always knew how to put a smile on your face and make you laugh. There was never a dull moment when Barry was around and my condolences go out to his family and loved ones. He will most definitely be missed and though he may be gone he will never be forgotten. R.I.P Barry Lambert Sr. you’re forever in our hearts. ❤️
I miss you so much dad. We all do so bad. I will always wish we had more time. I wouldn’t wish this type of pain on anyone. I love you so very much. I wish I could’ve seen you one last time. Forever will regret not reaching out and taking you to lunch like I said I would. I’m so sorry. Thank you for our great childhood. I will keep those memories nice and warm, and I’ll keep you alive by talking about you all the time. I can feel you with me always, especially when I’m in my car alone listening to the music you loved. This pain in the pit of my stomach will never go away, I will always be grieving you. Until we meet again, I’ll be wishing you were here. I love you so much Dad. Thank you.
