Jimmy, our wonderful friend, we already miss you. You helped us laugh at the ridiculousness of life! You inspired us with your dedication to your family and your country. God bless Judy and family. Thank you for all your years of service with the U. S. Marine Corp and with federal government. Thank you for your ability to make tough jobs easier for all of us. Most of all thank you for your loyalty and friendship throughout the years. You were definitely one of a kind and you will never be forgotten. Fair Winds and Following Seas shipmate.
Dear Judy and Family,
Debbie and I want to extend out sincerest condolences for your loss. FME is an extended family so when we lose one it touches all of us.
It was a honor and privilege to serve along side Jimmy for almost 30 years. Naval Intelligence could always count on him because he was dependable, dedicated, resourceful, and selfless.
No matter how difficult or short-fuse a task was, Jimmy always came through with his one of a kind sense of humor to get the job done.
The Navy and Marine Corp have lots of mottos and famous quotes throughout their history but Jimmy to me always had the best when he would say, “Just trying to work with you hotsie!”
Fair Winds and Following Seas,
Semper Fi Jimmy!

Dear Judy and Family,
Please accept my most sincerest condolences for your loss. My heart sank when I learned of Jimmy’s passing, but almost immediately thoughts of him and cherished memories of working with Jimmy flooded over. You have to remember that Jimmy would get up early and stay late, and that work more than likely had something to do with me. Jimmy knew exactly who our duties in FME supported and I always appreciated his extra attention to serve or to anticipate need. His friendship and leadership, his consideration and devotion and his humor and spirit were one of best deals I ever had working in the Navy Foreign Materiel Program. Thank you and your family for sharing him with us, Judy. Our Nation and our Community truly benefited from Jimmy’s service. It was our good fortune to have such a cherished Shipmate.
Big Hugs, Big Al
Jimmy will be so missed. A very good man, good friend and could he drive the medic unit. An excellent EMS partner for over six years. And so many thanks for being one of the first Calvert Advanced Life Support medics. I will never forget you as you were there there in the best and worst of times.
Dear Family,
Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss, our heart goes out to you and your family. Please know that your friends are here for you. We never met your father, but I can tell how wonderful he must have been just by knowing you. We reflect the best parts of our parents thanks to the loving way they raised us. Take comfort in your memories of him. No matter how old we are, it’s never easy to lose a parent. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve.
