My prayers and condolences to Dina and John on their loss. Bob was a great man. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the time that I was blessed to spend with Bob. Whether cruising the Patuxent, or playing golf, Bob was a great companion I will miss him dearly.
I met Bob while working at Smile several years ago and we became very close friends. He would always go the extra mile to help someone and cheerfully served his church, family and friends, his community, and his country. I will miss our monthly lunches to catch up on things. He was very involved in the activities of his son John and proudly kept me up to date on his accomplishments on the rugby team, in college, and his teaching career. He loved traveling to Florida in the winter with his wife Dina in their land yacht.
He has left us too soon but he is where there is no more pain and tears. I wish fair winds and smooth seas to my friend, the Master Chief.
In loving memory of Bob Bullock.
Bob was more than a friend and former coworker; he was a mentor, leader, and a truly remarkable man who has left a lasting impact on everyone he met. From the moment I met him in Groton, CT, in the summer of 1990, he became a guiding light in my life and career. His warmth, his ability to make anyone feel valued, and his incredible generosity of spirit made him one of a kind.
Bob had an extraordinary career in the Navy, and through his work as a recruiter and career counselor, he changed the lives of countless sailors. He had an immense passion for helping others succeed, and his belief in me shaped my career in ways I can never fully express. He didn’t just fill minds with encouragement; he also filled bellies with his love for cooking, creating a sense of home and camaraderie wherever he went.
Beyond his professional life, Bob’s love and dedication to his family were boundless. His wife Dina, his son John and his two stepdaughters Angela and Sara were his world, and he loved them deeply, treating them with all the warmth and care a father could offer.
Bob, you will be deeply missed, but your legacy and kindness will live on in the lives you’ve touched. You will always hold a special place in my heart, as one of the most influential people I’ve known. Thank you for everything.
Love, Vince and Chylar
Dina,
My thoughts are with you and John during this sad and difficult time. I know you will draw strength from one another.
Your choice to stop working and spend time with Bob was the best choice for your family, and the memories you built over the last few years will last a lifetime.
May peace be with you now.
My deepest sympathies, Pam
Dina and family, I was so sad to hear about Robbie passing. As you may guess by using that name “Robbie” I grew up in Point Beach. Bob will always be remembered by all of us in the neighborhood. We have have shared many fun memories. He was a guy who enjoyed being with his friends. “Bull” will not be forgotten!
I understand your loss. Bob loved his family. Angela, Sara, and John made him a great Dad. But Dina, you were his life. His heart will live inside of your heart forever. He will be missed by all who knew him. May you have peace in the comfort of your family and friends.
My heartfelt sympathy,
Jean (Dominguez) Cammarano
My Uncle Robbie was a huge influence on me this last decade. After my mother, his sister, passed he seemed to fill a big part of that void. You welcomed my family in every time we ever wanted to take that trip down to southern Maryland. My favorite part was always sitting around the table with Uncle Robbie, Aunt Dina and my cousin John telling stories and reliving the good times. I’m thankful he made such over the top huge meals when I was down there because it kept us at that table a little longer. Me, Tam, Avery and Isabella are going to miss you big guy.
Dina & Family,
I am so sorry for this great loss. I know this is not how you envisioned your retirement. But I am glad that you made the decision to retire when you did so that you had that time with him. I know you are heartbroken, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and the whole family. I am not far so please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can help you with anything.
Robbie’s was indeed a great man, a wonderful Dad and Stepdad. Always willing to help people and generous to a fault.
His love for Dina was ever present, you could see it by the look in his eyes. The love came straight back to him with her smile. Dina has been a loving and supportive wife to Robbie.
He was a great nephew as well as a friend to Judy and me.
He will be welcomed in to heaven for sure.
Uncle Chip and Aunt Judy
Prayers of peace and comfort sent to the family, it has been a while since we had seen Robbie in North Carolina, but when we did he always had a smile on his face and love in his heart. I’m sure he was greeted in heaven by Uncle Tommy, Aunt Roma, Darlene and all his aunts and uncles.Fly high cousin and keep watch for one day we will meet again!
Much love, Sharon Keech Howery and family

An exceptional person and smart at fixing most things. I enjoyed being around him when working at SMILE. He will be missed on earth and welcomed in Heaven.

May the Road Rise Up to Meet You. May the wind be always at your back. And, until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
