I just got home and start reading the The Enterprise when I came upon the article. I read it twice thinking I misread it. Then I looked online and came upon this and then I knew it was real. It was “Lil Billy”. It is sad how people slip in and out of your life but when someone passes, you can remember almost everything. I still have my tennis metal figurine he gave me on my birthday in the 90’s. Rest up Billy.
