Oh, dear old friend, you welcomed me into your home for my very first child’s baby shower. You brought us treats too work. You were kind and you brought Sue so much joy and laughter. Sue, You know Glenn and I are lifting you up in prayer. Also the family. May the Lord of Comfort give you peace.
To the Chaney Family,
Mr. Chaney was always a sweetie! I remember him coming in every morning to get a stamp. When he didn’t come, we were always asking if anyone had seen him yet. He will be missed by many. Hugs to the family. Lisa Norwood/Retired Clerk at Dunkirk Post Office
Dear Sue and family,
Our prayers are wrapped around all of you as a hug. May the loving life you two shared be what fills your heart, and brings a smile to your face even in this sad time. Thinking of you always ..Barb and Bobby
Our deepest sympathies, condolences and prayers to the family and friends. Bill was a very nice man who touched the lives of so many people. He volunteered his time at all of our judo events to help in any way he could. Bill was very giving of his time to help other people. We are all blessed for having him touch our lives. He will be missed. May he rest in eternal peace and happiness.
Sue, Heather, and family,
Thank you for sharing Bill with the judo community. I have good memories of competing with Heather as kids. Judo always taught us to want to win but balanced by ‘mutual welfare and benefit.’ Bill was and will be always ‘Mr. Chaney’ to me, even as I passed 50 years old myself. He always had a smile and was always looking to help. Bill and my father, who passed many years ago, were united in the judo spirit. Bill will be greatly missed. My prayers and very best are with you, Diane Tamai Jackson
