William Bowen Dalrymple, 81, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away on October 28, 2012 at Washington Hospital Center. He was born on February 25, 1931 in Prince Frederick, MD to the late Phillip Andrew and Gladys Stinnett Dalrymple. Mr. Dalrymple served in the National Guard and worked as a heavy equipment operator in the logging industry. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Mae Dalrymple.
He is survived by his sons, William B. Dalrymple, Jr. of Lusby, MD, Gary E. Dalrymple of Prince Frederick, MD, Joseph P. Dalrymple of Lusby, MD, Roger K. Dalrymple of Prince Frederick, MD, Dennis A. Dalrymple of Lusby, MD and David A. Dalrymple of Prince Frederick, MD. Grandfather of 23, great grandfather of 15, he is also survived by his sister, Betty Robinson of Huntingtown, MD.
The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, P.A., 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD 20676 on Thursday November 1, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday November 2, 2012, 10 AM at Full Gospel Assembly of God Church, 890 Solomons Island Road South, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. Interment will follow in Southern Memorial Gardens, Dunkirk, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to Full Gospel Assembly of God Church, P.O. Box 850 Prince Frederick, MD 20678
