Wayne Lee Windsor, 59, of Hughesville passed away November 30, 2016 at Calvert Memorial Hospital. He was born December 14, 1956 in Cheverly to William Samuel and Lillian May (Hutchinson) Windsor. Wayne was raised in Largo and attended public schools. He and his wife Rita lived in Glen Burnie for many years before moving to Hughesville last year. He was employed as a parts sales specialist with Central Truck Center in Landover for 40 years. Wayne was a hardworking man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming and baseball.

Wayne is survived by his wife Rita May Windsor of Hughesville, daughters Crystal Lynn Bartlett and her husband David of Pasadena and Christina Marie Windsor of Baltimore, son Wayne Lee Windsor, Jr. of Davenport, FL and 20 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Tommy Windsor of Huntingtown and Donald Windsor of Capitol Heights and sister Judy Windsor-Henry of Mt. Airy.
