Virginia Carol Lusby, 90 of Lusby, MD passed away peacefully at her residence on March 16, 2021. She was born on April 8, 1930 in Sugar Grove, VA to the late Bessie Mae and James Wally Stone. She was the loving wife to Oscar William Lusby whom preceded her in death.
