So sorry to hear of Tommy’s passing. He was a very well thought of person and friend and dedicated volunteer emergency responder to the citizens of Calvert County. My thoughts and prayers to Tommy’s family, he will certainly be missed.
Tommy and the Brady family have been life long friends. Tommy was willing to assist others and his community throughout his life. Tommy was one of the most dedicated people involved in the planning and construction of Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department. He laid out the format for fund raising, training, certification, and was the leader in the actual physical construction of the original building, Tommy always enjoyed being one of the chefs for the bull roast dinners.
Many times I would seek Tommy’s knowledge or advise on something. If he didn’t know the answer himself, he always had a source who was familiar with the subject. He would always get back to me with an answer, usually within a few hours.
As with so many others, I will truly miss him. May he Rest In Peace.
Tommy was a pillar of the Prince Frederick community and beyond. He was of good stock and part of a very loving and close family. Faithful public servant and a good friend to all. May Tommy rest in peace and be home with Jesus. May his family and friends have great memories of him.
So very very sorry to hear that Tommy passed away. I love the picture posted here with that big smile! I have a lot of funny memories from my Surrey Inn days and beyond. He will be greatly missed. Prayers and hugs for Sandy and all the family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Tommy’s Family and friends. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Tommy and learn from his vast experience in Fire Suppression, Fire Prevention and Utility Forestry in Calvert County and Southern Anne Arundel with DNR MD Forest Service. His jovial manor and positive attitude will be missed by many.
