Thomas Cliffton Richardson, Jr., 55, of Upper Marlboro and formerly of North Beach passed away December 6, 2019. He was born June 5, 1964 in Cheverly, MD. Thomas grew up in North Beach and graduated from Northern High School. He was employed as a binder for the Government Printing Office. In his spare time, he enjoyed NASCAR, the beach, camping, and fishing.

Thomas is survived by his wife Kelley Hall of Huntingtown, Children William Hall and wife Shannon of St. Leonard, Kaitlin Demember and husband Andrew of Hope Mills, NC, and Shelby Richardson and husband Michael of Lexington Park, four grandchildren and sisters Theresa Gibbs and Tina Bowen. He was preceded in death by a brother Troy Richardson.
