Terresa Marie “Terry” Clarke
July 30, 1957 – April 9, 2023
The world has lost a beloved Mother, Terresa “Terry” Marie Clarke, 65, of Lusby, MD who passed away peacefully after a long brave battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Terry was born on July 30, 1957 to the late Hugh William Clarke, Sr. and Martha Fisher Clarke in Baltimore, Maryland.
Terry spent most of her life in Calvert County graduating from Calvert Senior High School in 1976. She left Calvert County briefly and lived in Bedford, Massachusetts where she welcomed her three cherished sons and loved them unconditionally.
Terry returned “home” to Lusby in 1998 where she continued to raise her sons and met her devoted significant other, Charlie, where they spent over 20 years together.
If you knew Terry, you knew she was a person you could count on to be there for you. She was a strong, empathetic, kindhearted, loving person. She had a smile that would light up a room. Terry loved people. Although raising her sons was her priority, she loved meeting new people through various jobs, finally finding her passion serving her beloved “Seniors” cooking for them on Saturdays at the Calvert County Senior Center. She often made it a family affair, bringing Charlie, Nick, Chris, and James to help dish out lunch. In her spare time, Terry enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading, feeding her hummingbirds, and watching crime dramas with her oldest son Nick.
Left to cherish her memory are the love of her life, Charles Ehrenreich, sons, Nicholas McCormick of Lusby, MD, James McCormick of Lusby, MD, Christopher McCormick and his fiancé Justin Pelletier of North Providence, RI, siblings Tom, Billy and Patty and a host of other family and friends.
Friends are invited to join in her Celebration of Life Service on Friday, May 12, 2023, from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Rausch Funeral Home in Lusby, MD. Inurnment will be private.

I will surely miss my cousin Terry, but glad her boys and Charlie were there for her. I loved her and will always remember the days we spent together when we were young kids in Glen Burnie.
