Ruth Jenkins, 83 of Crofton, MD and formerly of Waldorf, MD, passed away on July 11, 2024 at Autumn Lake Healthcare, Crofton, MD.  Born October 25, 1940 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Adrain R. Lett and Gladys (King) Lett.

Ruth graduated from Suitland High School in 1958. She enjoyed word puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.  Ruth also enjoyed sports and loved the Washington Redskins and the Washington Nationals.

Ruth is survived by her children, Richard Jenkins of Annapolis, MD and Scott Jenkins of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Olivia Rae Jenkins of Annapolis, MD, Luke Thomas Jenkins of Davidsonville, MD and Corinne Jenkins of NJ; and her brother, Robert W. Lett of Westminster, MD.
