Robin Lee Rawlings
February 5, 1954 – February 2, 2024
Robin Lee Rawlings, 69, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away February 2, 2024 in Washington D.C. Robin was born on February 5, 1954 in Baltimore, MD to the late Golden Vance and Mary Olive (Matthews) Anderson. Robins two sisters, Katherine Carter and Carolyn Tucker also preceded her in death.
Robin owned and operated Rawlings Bus service for the last 18 years, but she was all about her family. She loved her kids and grandchildren and spending time with them, whether it was their annual trips to Ocean City, or planning parties and weddings. Robin just finished up her biggest project this summer which was planning her granddaughters wedding in Ocean City. She also enjoyed traveling, haven been to 46 out of 50 states. She also loved Christmas, and had a flare for decorating for Christmas. Everything had to be perfect. She would spend days putting the decorations on the Christmas tree, one at a time, then standing back to make sure it was hung in the perfect spot. When it came the time to take them down it would again be one at a time, wrap each one up in paper, and put it back the same spot in the box it came out of. Robin also enjoyed going to casinos and gambling and in her earlier years dancing with the Country Docks Cloggers.
Robin is survived by her husband Clarke Rawlings, daughter Tammy Taylor Tucker and her husband Charles and her son Jospeh Clark Rawlings and his wife Stephanie. Grandmother of Jessica Lynn DiMaggio and her husband Andrew, Conner James Rawlings and Elena Lee Rawlings. She is also survived by two sisters, Mary Jane Smith and Wanda A. Anderson, and her companion William Jones.
The family will receive friends on Thursday February 8, 2024 from 5 PM until the time of the service, 7 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD 20676. Internment is private.

Clarkie and family – So sorry to hear of Robin’s passing. Although I had not seen her in quite a few years,I do remember her from the “old” days when our children were small and we used to see everybody all the time. Our deepest sympathy to you at this difficult time but I know you have wonderful memories to get you through.
To Tammy and the entire Rawlings Family,
Bonnie and I were so saddened to hear of your Mom’s passing. We recall the many fun times we had riding the Keller Bus and how welcoming you and your family were to the both of us. It has been a while since we had seen Robin but she always had a kind word to answer to all my FB postings. We know she will be truly missed by all of you. Keep her in your prayers, thoughts and hearts. Rest in Heaven, Robin.
Much Love,
Shirley Knight & Bonnie Carter
