Our deepest sympathy to Lori, Wayne and all my cousin Rob Ashby’s family in his passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with all Rob and Barbara’s family and my cousins, Dave Ashby and Chuck Ashby and their families at this difficult time. I have many special memories of Rob and all his family coming to Pittsburgh to visit with our family when I was growing up. May he Rest In Peace, always loved never forgotten
I met Bob (or “Rat” as we knew him) in 1980 through my former husband, Steve, who met him in 1968. He has been a good friend to both of us for all of these years and we have shared many laughs and good times. Bob was one of the nicest and kindest people that we have ever known and we knew he would always be there if we needed him for anything, no questions asked. Bob, you left us way too soon but you will live on in our hearts, forever. Love and condolences to the family.
