I am saddened to hear of the passing of Mr Loveless ..He was a regular at the lawnmower shop and is my favorite customer .. He was extremely nice and just a great person .. He had a way about himself that made me feel as though I was part of his family . I could tell he loved Peggy dearly and would do anything to be a great husband …We would tease him and ask if he was out in the yard at 3 am picking up leaves and twigs …we didn’t know if he was out doing lawn work at 3 am . yet we knew if he was ,,he was doing it for Peggy .
I am going to miss talking to him .
My condolences and prayers for family and friends .
May he requiescat in pace .
I meet Dick somewhere around 1973 carpooling with a group of local Union # 602 Steamfitters riding from Nothern Virginia to Lusby , MD Calvert cliff power plant . We have keep in touch through the years to present time . Dick was fine of a man that a person could ever have a chance call friend . Dick will be missed by his family and the many friends he welcomed into his life . We all have some special memories that during sad moments we can dial up and put a smile and maybe make us breakout into laughter . Rest in peace Brother and hope to see you on the other side . God Bless Dick and his family 🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸
I was so sorry to hear about Dick’s passing. I remember how often he used to come in my parent’s feed store. He was always such a kind, humble man. I’ll never forget- he was always donning one of his signature – colorful welding caps, and would hang out and visit for a while- after the money had been exchanged. My condolences go to his family. I’m certain he will be missed. The world needs more kind men like Dick.
