Phillip G. Fisher, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 74.

Phil is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Carol Fisher; their two sons, Greg and Kenny, daughters-in-law, Heather and Cassie; and two grandchildren, Charlotte and Amelia. He is also survived by his siblings, Lynda Fisher White, Rick Fisher and Terry Fisher, and their spouses, Royal White, Jan Bogan and Donna Fisher.

Phil was born on January 28, 1949, in Mobile, Alabama. He was the second child of Orville and Katherine Fisher. After graduating from Gwynn Park High School, he proudly served his country in the Army and spent his career as an electrician at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore. After marrying Carol, they built a farm where they raised their two sons and later raised and showed champion dogs.

Phil will be remembered for his sense of humor and love for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Chaplain Bill Miller will conduct a funeral service at Rausch Funeral Home on May 22nd at 11:00 AM, preceded by visitation at 10:00 AM. He will be laid to rest at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery the same day at 1:45 PM with a final service and military honors.
