Peggy was a child friend of mine as well as her sister and brothers. We were all raised in Solomons until her family moved to Baltimore. Peggy’s husband Jimmy and I were great freinds and spent many evenings on Solomons Island. I’m sorry to hear of her death . Elizabeth and I send our condolence to the family.
