Paul Jerome Stallings, 86, of Friendship passed away January 28, 2021 surrounded by his family. Jerome was born October 21, 1934 to Hamilton Crosby and Myrtle Elizabeth (Bowen) Stallings. He was raised in Calvert County and lived in Huntingtown and Deep Landing and growing up worked on both Wilson and Prout Farms. He enjoyed trap shooting and playing softball, going to the Elk Lodge and “coaching” horseshoes, and racing his 1957 Chevrolet.

Jerome was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah and siblings Hamilton “Hoppy”, Oscar and William “Billy” Stallings and Delores Clark and three nephews. He is survived by daughters Leisha E. Cranford and husband Ronni, Paula S. Curtin and son James H. “Jamie” Stallings, all of Friendship. Also surviving are grandchildren Stacey Chafin (Shane), Sonny “JR” Swann (Amanda), Max Curtin and Renee Cranford, great-grandchildren Teagan Stowers and Adalynne and Hudson Swann, and brothers Raymond (Carol) and Carl Stallings.
