Patricia Elaine Tettimer
May 6, 1953 – April 29, 2024
Patricia (“Pat”) Elaine Tettimer, 70, passed away peacefully at her home in Port Republic, MD on April 29, 2024. She was surrounded by family. Pat was born in Prince Frederick, MD to Doris (Woolford) and William (“Bill”) Tettimer. She grew up in St. Leonard, MD. She spent several years living in Michigan, and moved back to Calvert County to be near family. She was a vibrant woman who loved her family, friends, and her many dogs over the years. Pat enjoyed art and making stained glass, and she will be remembered by her many pieces of stained glass work. She loved a good laugh, time with family and friends, and finding shark teeth while walking the beaches of Calvert County.
Pat is survived by her wife, Catherine (“Cathy”) Larson, two daughters and two sons-in-law, Jennifer and Jessica Gilbert and William (“Chuck”) Duran and Cary Frey, and her granddaughter, Hannah Frey. She is also survived by her sisters, Doris Ann Weems and Lisa Tettimer, and her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Doris and Bill Tettimer, her brothers, William Jr. (“Billy”), Thomas (“Tommy”), and James (“Jimmy”) Tettimer, and her sister, Myrtle Hance.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, an amazing organization that provided palliative care to Pat.
