July 27 – Obituary: Oliver Harry Dove
I always admired Oliver, who is my father in law. Between Oliver and Emma (Dolly) they kept the farm running smoothly. Oliver had his first job in the morning, and he rose early to go to work and then come home and did whatever needed to be done with the fields and crops soon after he ate supper. Dolly did the business end of running a farm. Between them, both, they did an awesome job while raising three sons. They were always there for Ben and myself. I enjoyed helping on the farm when I could. I hope if there is a heaven that they are together now.

July 27 – Obituary: Oliver Harry Dove
My family and I are very sad about Mr. Dove’s passing. I enjoyed visiting with him over the past years and just went to see him only a few days ago. I would call him many evenings on my drive home from work. Good conversations every time. He will be missed! He told me that he knew Jesus as his Lord and Savior, so I do not grieve as others who have no hope. Some day we will meet again!!! John 14:1-6
