Michael Joseph Otto, 66. Of Washington, DC passed away May 21, 2022 in Washington DC. He was born on September 22, 1955 at Ellington Air Force Base, Texas to the late Edward M. and Maryann Barr Otto.
Michael was a Carpenter by trade, but it was also a hobby for him. He loved motorcycles, dogs, scuba diving, the band Little Feat, and traveling around to Bluegrass Festivals when he was able. Michael was also very outspoken, if the thought came into his mind… he would tell you, whether you wanted to hear it or not.
Michael is survived by his siblings, Shawna M. Rubenstahl, Casey A. Otto, and Victoria A. Gellings. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and many friends.
