You have gone to rest sister Mary. May you Rest well in our Lord’s Loving Arms. I’m glad I got to know you. When ever you came to our Emma’s Birthday party you sat with me and always made me laugh out loud. Rest well.
I believe it was longer as she lived in Frederick for 48 years and quit CCD at the age of 70. She loved to teach and looked forward to Holy Communion commencement every year. Also enjoy vacation bible school which she stopped in 2019. You all were her family and she enjoyed every minute she spent at chapel.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to you all at this difficult time.
Mary was a strong and independent woman. Her strong faith was the highlight of her life. She spent hours upon hours sewing; her skills as a seamstress were so impressive and her finished projects are so beautiful. She will be missed all around our neighborhood.
Keeping Mary and you all in our hearts.

Mary loved to stop and talk, to check in with what was happening with Ed and I. We helped each other with projects. A remarkable lady and great neighbor who will be missed.
Thank you. Yes, she made me stop whenever you were outside.

Mary taught our First Communion class at Ft Detrick chapel for I believe at least 10-12 years. Anyone from Mary’s chapel family please chime in and correct if I’m off on the number. May be more!!!!
