Louise May Chestlo, 76, of Chesapeake Beach passed away November 12, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1943 in Washington, D.C., to Hasel Martin and Florence Spaulding (Estey) Lloyd. Louise was raised in Bladensburg and graduated from Bladensburg Senior High School. She married Thomas Chestlo and they made their home in Chesapeake Beach. Louise worked as a tax preparer and owned and operated TLC Income Tax Services, retiring in 2012. Louise was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and NASCAR, especially Tony Stewart. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, picture puzzles, snowman figurines, bird watching, and fishing trips with her lady friends and relatives.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Michael Chestlo, daughter Robin M. Stone, and sisters Hazel Fleshman and Alice Lloyd. She is survived by her sons Edward G. Wilcox, Jr. of Chesapeake Beach and Robert W. Wilcox of Owings, grandchildren Kristina Wilcox, Edward G. Wilcox III, Steven Stone, Nichole Kight, Josh Berkley and Amberleigh Wilcox,  8 great-grandchildren, and by a brother Ralph Lloyd of Florida.

Following the interment service at Cheltenham, family and friends are invited to a reception at the Northeast Community Center,  4075 Gordon Stinnett Avenue, Chesapeake Beach, MD.

Aunt Louise was a fun loving soul. I have many wonderful memories of the 3 of us (you, Hazel, and myself) on our yearly trips to Ocean City. We would shop, shop, and shop some more! We shared so many laughs and great times together. You will be missed dear friend. Until we meet again, love you “Weezie”

The Wards send their condolences to Louise’s family. We were clients of hers when she did taxes. Always a pleasure to sit and chat with her. We will continue to pray for all during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear this. Louise started doing my taxes when she worked for HR block many years ago. I followed her when she opened her own business and stayed with her until her retirement. RIP Louise you will be missed!
