He had such a good heart and always made everyone around him feel comfortable and like family. He was one of my favorite people. May he be always loved and forever missed!!! R.I.P. uncle Julian. Say hi to uncle David and my Father Donnie Cummins for me.
I worked with Julian when he was at Whitman-Walker. He was devoted to our mission, and made a real contribution to our work and to the well-being of people living with HIV and to the fight against the epidemic. I hope that his family and friends find comfort in many great memories. May Julian rest in peace.
He was a nice guy who caught us drunk stealing pumpkins from his fruit stand , the next day he called us on it but starting laughing and said just don’t do it again he was a hard worker with a good heart it’s been years but we never forgot him

eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain
be anymore. The former things have passed away.”(Revelation 21:3,4)
