As next-door neighbors for 24 years, we knew Joe from his frequent walks. Whenever we encountered him, he was as friendly as anyone possibly could be and generous with his time. And always very chatty! Whenever we take a walk, we will remember and miss his humanity and gentle nature. We offer our sincere condolences and prayers to Diana and the family.
