Joseph James “Joe” Mohler, 68, of Churchton passed away January 2, 2015 at Gilchrist hospice Care, Inc. in Columbia, MD. Joe was born October 30, 1946 in Washington, D.C. to William Joseph and Dorothy Irene (Reid) Mohler. He was raised in Capitol Heights and graduated from Central High School in Seat Pleasant, MD. He moved to Churchton in 1973 and was employed as a plumber for J & W Plumbing. Joe enjoyed fishing, playing cards and target shooting.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, brothers William, Edward, Phillip and Skip Mohler and William Durity and sisters Ginny St. Clair and Gertie Eismann. He is survived by a sister Mildred “Midge” Clark of Leesburg, VA, brother-in-law Walter E. St. Clair, Sr. of Churchton, a nephew Walter E. St. Clair, Jr. and wife Joanna of North Beach, and nieces Mary Dailey of Aberdeen, NC and Barbara Gibson of Churchton. Also surviving are many other nieces and nephews.
