Jimmy Lee Parks, 66, of Dunkirk passed away June 27, 2026, at his home. He was born November 20, 1959, in Harlan, KY to Billy Joe and Jerline (Pittman) Parks. Jimmy is survived by his mother Jerline Parks, brother Billy Joe Parks, Jr. and his family, aunt Sarah Chadwick and her husband Bill and uncle JB Pittman.
