I always loved working with Mrs. Berry at Middleton Elementary. I would always sing her first name when I saw her in the hallway. She would smile or laugh when I did. She had a heart of gold. The children and staff just loved her.
She will be with her beloved husband up in heaven. Or biggest joke was what she was going to buy for dinner for him from Nick’s of Clinton.
YOU were such a shining star. I know the children in heaven will also be learning from her.
My deepest sympathies to her family, she was a lovely person.
I was the school nurse at Arthur Middleton and conversations with Mrs. Berry always made me smile or outright laugh. Never a bad talk. She was so full of life, love, fun and a quick wit.
She is one of those people that you don’t forget. Hopefully the wonderful memories of her help you through this time.
