Pam , Jimmy ,Chris, Kelly and Brandi, We can’t imagine what you all must be feeling right now. In this sorrowful time we extend our deepest sympathies. Jim was a great man, and he loved you all so much. May your memories keep his spirit alive.
Take care, Beth Ann and Mark Shelton
Jimmy was the best explosives detection trainer the USCP K-9 unit ever had, many awards were won because of him. Because of his knowledge and skills, we captured many Regional and National awards. He was always willing to share what he knew on the training field which enabled us, as handlers, to excel and be our best. I thank him for all of his hard work and dedication. He will be sorely missed.
His Journey Has Just Begun – By Ellen Brenneman
Don’t think of him as gone away
his journey’s just begun,
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched…
for nothing loved is ever lost
and he was loved so much.
RIP my friend you will truly be missed.
Pamela, I was so sorry to learn that your husband had passed away two years ago. He was a trainer of K9 Jack, one of the dogs the Capitol Police rescued from our shelter for training in 2012, and I wanted to ask him what his final experience was. Condolences on both losses. Life is too short.

I really enjoyed working with Jimmy Webb. He was one of my K-9 Instructors and always kept things light and made me laugh. You are all in my prayers.
