Jacquelyn M. “Jackie” Jones
October 24, 1946- December 12, 2020

Jacquelyn (Jackie) Maxine Pergal Jones passed away December 12, 2020 at her residence. She was born on October 24, 1946 in Washington, DC, the daughter of the late John (Jack) Frederick and Margaret Maxine Mateer Pergal. Jackie worked as an administrative assistant at various companies but was most proud of her position with the American Cancer Society. She enjoyed listening to music, her favorite’s being Queen and Alabama, traveling, communicating with all of her friends on Facebook and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children; Roxane Marie (Sompayrac) Brennan of Rose Haven, MD; Raymond Eugene, wife Lane Sompayrac of Chesapeake Beach, MD; Rhonda Colleen (Ashcom), husband Raymond Stack of Chesapeake Beach, MD. Grandchildren; Jesse, Christopher (CJ), Cody, Nicholas (Nick) and Cierra. Great-Grandchildren; Jaxon, Cameron and Logan. Blended-family; Grandson Bobby Coggins Jr. Great-granddaughters Avery and Riley. She was known by all the grandchildren as “Grandma Honeybuns”, Nieces; Carla and Joni, Nephews; David Jr. Alan and Alex. She is also survived by a brother-in-law David Hill, Sr. She was preceded in death by her sisters Nancy Hill and Terrie Ostraski and grandson Eric.
When she died on December 12, 2020 an ANGEL went back to Heaven.

Momma Jackie was a beautiful, loving and very caring lady she was just like a second Mom to my brothers and I.. She has known me since the day I was born and she was a very dear friend to Momma. Momma Jackie you are now both together .. Roxanne, Ray and Rhonda my thoughts and prayers are with you all durning this very difficult time ..
