My dear Kathy and your precious family,

Your son no doubt was brave, strong and your answered prayers. Knowing you Kathy, I know for sure he was well loved and supported. I pray that your heart finds a small comfort in that. No words can begin to touch your grief but I do offer my deepest heartfelt sympathies for your unimaginable loss.

    Love Tanya

So sorry for this unwarranted loss.
It has been said, “Where ever a good soul has walked, there is a trail of beautiful memories”.
This sentiment certainly applies to Jake!
