August 17, 1957- January 2, 2023

Gregory Deane Mister, 65, of Huntingtown, Maryland passed away January 2, 2023, in Prince Frederick, Maryland. He was born on August 17, 1957 in Prince Frederick to the late John C.C. and Lorena Brady Mister, Sr. Greg was also preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Nicole Mister, and his siblings, Linda Lumpkin and John Mister, Jr.
Greg was a past member and Chief of Prince Frederick Rescue Squad Company 4. He loved the water, especially crabbing. He worked on the water, crabbing and oystering with his father for many years. Greg was an avid sports fan, from baseball to tennis. His knowledge of sports history and player statistics was so vast, his wife told him he missed his calling, he should have been a sports analyst.
A loving husband, Greg is survived by his wife of 46 years, Debra L. Mister, uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, Maryland on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 11 AM until the time of service at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Chesapeake Highland Memorial Gardens, Port Republic, Maryland
