Franklin W. Middleton, Jr. “Frank”, 82, of North Beach passes away April 28, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Pamela; his daughter Belinda Sawyer of Suffolk, VA; his son Franklin Middleton III of Hudson, NY and his brother Mark Middleton of Maryland. He was born in Washington, DC and worked as a bricklayer until he retired in 1996.
