They moved to Washington, D.C. where Frank attended St. John’s College High School graduating class of 1951. During his tenure in the service, the newly established Air Force uniforms were not issued. After being discharged from the Air Force, Frank moved to Ohio where he worked as an avionics mechanic at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Frank finished his civilian career as an industrial specialist from Patuxent River Naval Air Station, for the Department of the Navy. After 38 years of tireless service, Frank retired in 1988.

Mary Ann, Teri, Steve, Angie, CeCe, Chipie, Robert and all the grands and great grands, Frank was like a second father to Tommy or T-Bone, which Frank nicknamed him. When we started dating, Frank, Mary Ann and all of you welcomed me into your family. Our condolences and love to all of you. Frank will be dearly missed.

My Bestie Cece. Your Dad was a wonderful SOUL! And everyone knew it. You were his baby and I know all of our memories we have of him, have turned into amazing treasures. Always always welcoming to everyone he came in contact with. Reminded me of my Dad— dry sense of humor and a heart of gold. I’m here for your family whenever needed. I love you more! 💚 XOXO
Mary Ann, Teri, Steve, Angee, Cece, Chip and Robert, I am sorry for the loss of your husband/dad whom was like my second dad to me. Such great memories at your house growing up in Waldorf. Frank had a heart of gold and always greeting everyone with a smile and sometimes a joke. I will hold his memory close to my heart and know that he is reunited with his beloved children Sandie and Timmy whom I know greeted him with arms open. He is now in his forever home with the lord and all his family and friends who have gone home before him. If there is a happy hour in heaven I know my dad will sitting with him enjoying a cold one and probably talking about how all the worrying with Angee and I paid off and became good children. Sending love to all your family.
