Rocky, Julie, and Family. So sorry to hear of this loss. It was a great pleasure to meet Fran back in March. Even at such a difficult time, her face lit up when she spoke about Hugh. I am sure they are both equally delighted to be reunited. Peace be with all of you.
Rocky and the Jackson family:
I worked with Fran at the PG county finance office. Fran was a dear friend of mine and I will miss her very much. She always had good ideas and gave me good advice. I will treasure her memory always. I’m sending you all peace and prayers.
Fran was a long time member of our “Odenton craft/friendship group”. She had a great sense of humor, was so talented and so kind…she quickly became a wonderful friend. Fran often talked of her family and it was very clear how much she loved all of them…including her little shih tzu, Hughey. Because I also had a shih tzu, we shared many, many stories together that I will always cherish. She will be missed so much…Rest in peace our sweet Fran….Pat Wellford
Dear Hugh, Rocky, & family,
My prayers and condolences go out to you all. I worked with Fran at PG. She was so talented, creative and filled with flair! She was such fun and a joy to know!
May God bless each of you with Peace and comfort and may Fran always live in your hearts .
I am Hugh’s first cousin (Joan Fowler) and of the same age. We were close as kids. He was so compassionate. I held on to Hugh when my father took us to the scary caves in Virginia. Fran was a perfect match. Our entire family loved Fran. Rocky and Hugh, you were blessed with great parents who are just where they want to be….with each other.
