We only knew Frank for a short time but he left a lasting impression on our hearts. He always had a smile on his face and a interesting story to tell and had a great sense of humor and was a very kind man. He will be missed. Our sincerest condolences to his family
Frank was a true friend who was always willing to help. He drove me to work & home in many snow events when we were considered essential employees. He also help us at the hospital thrift store with his talent for woodworking. I regret we lost touch with each other.
Frank was a true friend and co-worker. We met and worked closely together for may years before, during and after our time together with Prince George’s County School System. We climbed through many PGCPSCOOLS together. He will be greatly missed.
Frank was a friend and co-worker at the P.G. County School Board. We spent many hours working together on school construction projects as well as field lunches and social get togethers. He was a dedicated professional and kept his training up to date on all building code regulations. I am retired and live in TN now and will not be able to attend the service. My heart goes out to his family in this time of great sorrow. God Bless, Jon and Debbie Fellner
