Miss Jean,
So sorry for your loss. Mr. Bowen was a kind man, good friend. He was very active in the Sportsman’s Club.
I always coming by the house & talking with you & Miss Jean. It was almost like family.
You are now in heaven with you son, sister & brother. I know Miss Jean will miss you but Beth & I
will always be there for here & help her get through this as all of your many friend.
May you be at peace now & may your family hold the beautiful memories. God Bless.
Miss Jean I don’t know where to start but DO was a great friend who will never be forgotten him and I spent many hours and days hunting and socializing together he was very genuine and a man of his word I know you will miss him but please don’t feel like you are in this alone we are as close as I phone call may he rest in peace
D.O. was a hard working member of the Huntingtown UMC. You would find him doing many things around the church including working at our Church dinners. Wherever he was needed he would step up and help. He will surely be missed.
Jean, I am so sorry for your loss. So many memories, so many shared experiences. Graduating from CCHS so many years ago, working for the Department of Defense (much more briefly than D.O.), classmate lunches, providing support for friends at Huntingtown UMC dinners and funerals. And so much more. He will be missed. May God surround you with his love and give you peace.
Rest in Peace D.O. It’s hard to believe that you have left us. It’s hard to find adequate words to describe the loss that so many of us feel. Jean, you have my deepest and most sincere sympathy for your loss. I hope you find peace from God at this time.
We are very sorry for your loss. D.O. will be remembered as a very nice and kind person, a friend to all, and a Great American citizen. Jean, as you know, D.O. and I were classmates and spent several years in the National Guard together. I am sure you have heard some of our off-hours activities. D.O. and his buddy (Herm), so many memories. May he Rest in Peace.
